Store policy regarding returns or exchanges for acrylic display cases and organization systems

If for any reason, a product designed and created by EZ Brick Storage is not up to standard, such as manufacturing defects, please reach out via the contact form to coordinate an exchange or refund. This also includes products damaged during shipping.

Our refund or exchange policy does not cover damage from the consumer. Acrylic can be fragile, so please take care while wall mounting the display cases to ensure you do not drop them.

If you are not satisfied with the product., you may request a return within 30 days of the original purchase date, after returning the product the refund will be processed.

All other products

All other products, such as toys, collectibles, cards, board games, accessories, etc. and other branded merchandise will have a 30 day return window from the date of purchase.
